I have been training with Gus for alittle over a month and the results have blown me away! Im down dress sizeS and feel stronger after every session. I have been working with Gus since the midst of COVID19 in 2020. At the start I weighed 173kg, was eating a terrible diet, no idea how to exercise, high blood pressure, issues with high cholesterol and stomach problems. Within a year I had lost 60kg through a diet plan, built muscle from my training plan and generally my health and general fitness had improved. People have often asked me how I managed to get such amazing progress and I point them in Gus’ direction.
About a year ago I had a shoulder issue. Initially I went to the GP and saw a physio, after about 10 sessions there was no improvement. I spoke to Gus about it who recommended some exercises and within a week the pain started to recede, after a month it was gone completely. He understands how the body works better than any person I have ever met.
It’s now 4 years since I first started working with Gus, there have been ups and downs but Gus’ compassion, support and drive to help me make a better me has never wavered. He is an incredible human being with so much expertise in what he does. Work with him and you will not regret it.
